Ladies Lifeline is a beginner-friendly energy healing and friendship group for women who are grieving, healing from relationship trauma, or simply feeling disconnected. 


Through monthly Reiki sessions, intuitive prompts, and optional local meetups, you’ll feel gently guided back into connection — with yourself and others — even if you’re unsure where to start.

What if you didn’t have to “be strong” all the time? 

What if you could walk into a room — or a chat — and not feel like the odd one out? 

What if something simple and gentle could open the door to something new?

Local Meetups - (Optional) In-person gatherings for real-life hugs, chats, and laughter.
Start online, meet offline — or stay online if that’s your comfort zone. 

We’ll gather in person in West Midlands in Wolverhampton, Kingswinford, Dudley, Kidderminster, Walsall, Stourbridge and I even have someone to help me host in the Cannock area. 

There will also be the opportunity for ladies to host in their own area in the near future.

This space is for women who: 

  • Have experienced relationship trauma, loss, or big life transitions 

  • Are feeling emotionally untethered, isolated, or quietly struggling 

  • Are curious about energy healing or “something more” — but want to start gently 

  • Crave genuine, easy connection without the pressure to “fix” themselves 

  • Are open to exploring a new way of living — at their own pace

I'm Jan Moore - an Intuitive Reiki Master Teacher and a Crystal Therapy Teacher with a Diploma in Crystal Therapy with a passion for helping ladies of all ages and all walks of life. 


Having gone through relationship trauma twice in myself, I picked myself and started all over again. Both times in 2006 and again in 2021 I was lacking in friends and felt lost and alone. 


The second time I joined an ladies group and started going to meet-ups. I never thought I would have the confidence to do that; I wouldn't even walk into a pub on my own.


However, I worked on myself; I healed, I gained confidence, I met some lovely women and made new friends. Then, In 2023 I moved in with my new soulmate who I married in June 2025.


After talking to other women in the area, they said there was nothing for them to meet other women and make new friends, so I had the idea to create Ladies Lifeline; the group I wished I had had in 2006.It is my mission to help ladies to welcome a new lease of life with like-minded ladies - a ladies lifeline!

“What is Reiki?” 

It’s a gentle form of energy healing — a no-touch, no-belief system, and nothing to “do.” You just relax and receive. Many women say it helps them feel calmer, lighter, or more emotionally settled. 

“Is this too spiritual for me?” 

Nope. This space is for the spiritually curious — not committed. You don’t need crystals, chants, or prior knowledge. Just a little curiosity and openness. 

“Why isn’t it free? Other groups are.”

Great question but for the first 55 founding members you can join FREE for 30 days then it's only £15 a month. If you don't wish to stay after the 30 days we will even help you cancel.

Other groups might offer connection — but here, you also receive monthly energy healing, guided support, and access to a safe, professionally held space. Your investment supports the emotional integrity and safety of the community.
